What is a credit?
One credit pays for one email we found and checked, the owner’s or the business email. Small jobs cost less. Checking an email you already have costs 0.1 credit. A Deep Search on a company (specific facts from its own website, each with the sentence it comes from) costs 0.5 credit.
How much does it cost?
Starter: 5,000 credits for $109 a month. Growth: 15,000 credits for $279 a month. Scale: 50,000 up to 500,000 credits a month, $849 per 50,000. If you pay for a year, you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free. You can start free with 500 credits for 14 days, no card needed.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up with Google, or with your email and confirm it with the link we send you. Then you get 500 free credits, valid for 14 days. One free trial per company: a second account with the same company email domain gets no free credits. No card needed.
What do extra credits cost?
You can buy extra credits any time, at least 1,000 at once. With a plan you pay your plan’s price per credit (Starter 2.18 ¢, Growth 1.86 ¢, Scale 1.70 ¢). Without a plan: 2.90 ¢ per credit. Big purchases cost less for everyone: 50,000 or more at once: at most 1.70 ¢; 15,000 or more at once: at most 1.86 ¢. You always get the lowest of these prices. Extra credits do not expire while you have a plan.
What costs how many credits?
Find businesses: 1 credit per email that works, the owner’s or the business email. Double-checking an unsure email from your own list: 0.5 credit. A Deep Search on a company: 0.5 credit. Checking an email on your list: 0.1 credit. You only pay when we give you a result that works.
Do I pay for emails you could not check?
No. We only give you emails we checked. If we could not check an email, you do not get it and you do not pay. We just tell you how many we could not confirm.
Do my credits run out?
Your plan gives you new credits every month. Credits you do not use stay with you while you keep your plan. Extra credits you buy do not expire while you have a plan. The 500 free trial credits are valid for 14 days.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
You can use your plan credits until the time you paid for ends. Then they are gone. Extra credits you bought stay with you.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, any time, in the app under “Credits & plan”. The new plan takes the place of the old one. You never pay for two plans.
What if an email bounces?
You get your credit back. Upload the list of bounced emails in the app. If we gave you one of them in the last 30 days, we give the credit back.
Do you send emails to the people on my list?
No. We never write to them. We only check if the inbox exists. Your list is yours, and you can delete it any time.
Does it work with Clay?
Yes. Download your checked emails as a CSV file and add it to Clay. We plan to connect to Clay directly later.
